We’re open today!
Street parking is currently unavailable due to the mounds of snow, but limited parking is available in our lot on the side of the building. To access it, head up North Balders Avenue, take a left into the alley, and pull into the lot.
We have one reserved spot for our clients right at the front of the lot by our door.
Please watch your step—our team is actively working to clear and salt the pathways so everyone can get in safely. Stay warm out there!

❄️ Still Frozen, Still Here for You ❄️
Mother Nature hasn’t hit the “defrost” button yet, so our office remains closed today.

📞 We are taking calls, though — if you need help, have questions, or want to plan ahead for service once we reopen, we’re just a phone call away.

Stay safe, stay warm, and may your computers behave better than this weather.

Computer frozen?
So are we! Weather has us iced out today, but we plan to thaw out and reopen tomorrow. Stay cozy out there!

🌨️ Snowed in? Stuck inside?
Perfect. It’s time to tame that wild email inbox.
Use this weather downtime to finally sort through your email — your future self will thank you.

🧹 Quick ways to clean things up:
• Search + Delete in bulk: Look up terms like “sale,” “newsletter,” “receipt,” “promo” and clear out hundreds at once.
• Unsubscribe ruthlessly: If you haven’t opened their emails in months, they don’t deserve inbox real estate.
• Create 3 simple folders: Bills, Personal, To‑Do. Move anything important into one of these.
• Archive instead of agonizing: If you’re not sure whether to delete something, archive it and move on.
• Mark the important stuff: Star/flag anything that actually needs attention so it doesn’t get buried again.
• Empty Spam & Trash: They count toward your storage, too.
A cleaner inbox = a calmer brain.
Stay warm, stay safe, and stay organized ❄️

📢 Verizon Outage Update — What You Need to Know

Verizon is currently experiencing a widespread outage affecting voice calls, texting, and mobile data across many parts of the U.S. Customers may see “SOS” or “No Service” on their phones — this is part of the outage, not an issue with your device.

Verizon has confirmed that their engineers are actively working to resolve the issue and has apologized for the disruption.

📍 What You Can Do Right Now

✅ 1. Connect to Wi‑Fi
Most apps and services will work normally over Wi‑Fi, even if cellular service is down.

✅ 2. Enable Wi‑Fi Calling (if available)
This may allow you to make and receive calls over Wi‑Fi:
- Settings → Cellular → Wi‑Fi Calling

✅ 3. Restart Your Phone
Some users regain partial service after a reboot.

✅ 4. Try Airplane Mode Reset
- Turn Airplane Mode ON
- Wait 10–15 seconds
- Turn Airplane Mode OFF

✅ 5. If you need to call 911
Emergency management agencies have reported that some Verizon users may not be able to reach 911 during the outage.
If you cannot connect:
- Use a phone on another carrier
- Use a landline
- Go to a local police or fire station

🆘 Why Your Phone Says “SOS”
When an iPhone shows SOS, it means:
- You can’t reach your carrier
- But you can still call emergency services using another network’s towers

This is normal during a carrier outage.

🛠️ Is It Just Verizon?
Reports show the issue is primarily Verizon, with over 150,000–180,000 outage reports at peak.
AT&T and T‑Mobile have stated their networks are operating normally, though Verizon customers may have trouble calling people on those networks.
