We’ve spent this week showing a lot of what happens inside our fabrication shop—but ELS doesn’t just make tools for production crews. We also design, build, and run production on major stages.

Last year, our team delivered production for this large-scale Rocket Mortgage event inside an arena.

The project featured a custom all-white circular stage with matching fabricated set pieces designed around the company’s branding. The stage hosted DJs, live performances, and a full schedule of entertainment throughout the event.

It was a huge project that brought our fabrication and production departments together—from building the custom scenic elements to getting everything ready for showtime.

From the shop floor to the arena floor, ELS handles both sides of the job.

Meanwhile, back at the fabrication shop…

The Tennessee heat isn’t letting up, and neither is our laser.

We’re cutting a new batch of RipWrench HDs and ramping up production ahead of the official product launch this Friday.

Some projects land right in the middle of fabrication and production—and that’s where our team does some of its best work.

ELS built this custom stage sign for artist Max McNown using lightweight aluminum and two connectable frames that can be flown above the stage.

Each individual letter contains DMX-controlled LED tape, giving the lighting team control over colors and chases while allowing the entire piece to work as part of the show’s lighting design—not just as a static sign.

It’s a great example of our fabrication and production departments working together to create a custom set piece that looks good, travels practically, and integrates with modern stage lighting.

A lot of work went into getting Hillvue Heights Church’s new audio system ready for Sunday.

Now it’s installed, tuned, and doing what it was built to do: helping every part of the service be heard clearly throughout the room.

The crew has been moving through the installation this week, and the pieces are starting to come together—but this is still very much an active jobsite.

Work continues through Saturday night, so these photos and videos are the middle of the story, not the finished reveal.
