SecEdge and Variscite Ltd. have announced SEC-TPM™ firmware TPM 2.0 security across Variscite’s NXP Semiconductors i.MX 6, 7, 8 and 9 System on Module families.

Using the processor already in the design, SEC-TPM helps protect device identity and cryptographic keys. Existing systems that support secure firmware updates can also add this protection, extending device trust beyond new product designs.
