—- Happiness Criticism—-
When someone criticize you just be like this rose and smile. Find something good in them and tell them.
Criticism is a killer of Happiness if we don’t understand the reason behind it.
When some offer his criticism. We must learn the steps to respond to it so that we don’t kill our happiness. It’s always up to us on how to react when someone criticize us. We can not control other people actions but we can learn to control our re-action. It takes practice to separate ourself from our action and other person’s point of view.

I use following steps to handle criticism.
1. Listen honestly for a critic's intention.
2. Decide if feedback is constructive or destructive.
3. Thank those who offer constructive criticism.
4. Avoid exploding in the face of constructive criticism.
5. Minimize encounters with harmful people.
6. Make plans to act on constructive criticism.

Always stay in the Happy State and don’t let anyone take away your happiness even for few moments.

Freedom is Happiness!

Thomas Jefferson advice on 4th of July.

“Our greatest happiness does not depend on the condition of life in which chance has placed us, but is always the result of a good conscience, good health, occupation, and freedom in all just pursuits.”

We must free ourselves from negativity, hate, jealousy, racism, ego and anything which takes away our freedom and others.

4th of July Independence Day celebration is good day to check our Happiness and create plan to stay in the Happy State every day.

Protect Yourself Against Cyberattacks

-Limit the personal information you share online.
-Change privacy settings to stop sharing locations.
-Keep software operating systems up-to-date.
-Create unique 10+ characters password by using upper and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
-Use two-factor authentication (two methods of verification).
-Think before you click, and when in doubt, do NOT click.
-Do not provide personal information.
-Use encrypted (secure) Internet communications.
-Use a secure Internet and Wi-Fi network.
-Use a stronger authentication such as a personal identification number (PIN) or password that only you would know.
-Check your account statements and credit reports regularly.
-Only share personal information on secure websites.
-Use antivirus solutions, malware and firewalls to block threats.
-Regularly back up your files in an encrypted file or encrypted file storage device.
-Protect your home network by changing the administrative and Wi-Fi passwords regularly.
-Do not click on links in texts or emails from people you don’t know.
-Cyber criminals also setup fake jobs and ask for zoom interview. They offer you job and ask you to fill up employment application. Don’t fill online application.

-Remember that privacy is your business.

It’s amazing that there is no Friday morning traffic on Fwy 110 in —�— if Henry Ford did not push his Engineers to build 8 cylinder engine. We won’t have freeways and fun cars today. We must always do the impossible to increase Happiness. When Mr. Ford asked his engineers to produce his famous V-8 motor, “He chose to build an engine with the entire eight cylinders cast in one block, and instructed his engineers to produce a design for the engine. The design was placed on paper, but the engineers agreed, to a man, that it was simply impossible to cast an eight-cylinder engine-block in one piece.

Ford replied,''Produce it anyway.”

What a lovely thing a Rose is!

Oscar Wilde write “A flower blossoms for its own joy.”

The sight of flower increases happiness.

I must blossom like a flower so that when people see me, their Happiness increases.

Roses have thorns but people focus on the rose and not on the thorn.
Similarly, we all have many sad moments each day. Similarly, We must focus on happiness and not focus on sad events.
