We’re excited to share that Derek Holt is taking on a new role as our Customer Success Manager, starting immediately.

Derek will be the go-to person for our expanding customer base—working to make sure our top clients are not just happy but thriving with OmniByte.

This is a natural next step for Derek, who has always been all about putting customers first. Moving from Customer Experience Project Manager to Customer Success Manager means he gets to do what he does best: build relationships, solve problems, and help our customers get the most value from our products'. 💪

His positive energy and customer-first attitude will serve OmniByte and our customers well in this new role. In the coming weeks he will be diving deep into account planning creating strategic plans for our customers and reaching out to introduce himself.
