Consistent Mobility Work: Flexibility and mobility are crucial. Dedicate time to stretch and work on mobility regularly to prevent injuries and optimize your performance.

Nutrition Matters: Fuel your body with the right nutrients. Prioritize a balanced diet with sufficient protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to support your training and recovery.

Adequate Rest and Recovery: Listen to your body and prioritize recovery. Sleep, hydration, and rest days are essential for peak performance. Overtraining can hinder progress, so find the right balance.
