I’m Heather Sue Goucher, the brains, beauty, and boldness behind Sass & Class Creations—where personal branding meets unapologetic confidence.
Let’s cut through the fluff: I’m not just another branding enthusiast. I’ve been in the trenches, building, leading, and scaling brands from the ground up. Here’s why you want me in your corner:
🔥 I AM A LEADER& BOMBSHELL
📚 🎓 Degree in Youth Ministry & Biblical Studies from Spring Arbor University, with a specialized focus on sociology, race relations, and diversity. I’ve taken my passion for people, leadership, and spiritual growth and applied it to help others build thriving brands and communities.
🎤 In college, I didn’t just study—I led. As a Campus Spiritual Life Advisor, I guided students through personal growth and helped foster deeper connections. I was also an active member of the Gospel Choir and the Campus Events Team, where I organized events that built real connections across the community.
Additionally, I served as part of the Diversity and Inclusion Program, ensuring that the campus environment was one where every voice was valued and heard, and where important conversations around race, culture, and inclusion were front and center.
🙌 Leadership runs deep: I’ve served as a Young Life leader and was a youth ministry intern at one of the nation’s largest mega-churches in Las Vegas, where I helped lead one of the most successful young adult community groups the church had ever seen. I know how to build a movement—whether it’s for faith or business.

🎰 As a top seller for Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino, I didn’t just sell experiences—I crafted them, consistently delivering VIP-level service with a flair that left them coming back for more.
💡 Social Media Sorcery for a small water restoration company? Yep, that’s in my bag too. I’ve seen small businesses scale fast when they get their brand and social media on point.
📸 Baby Photographer at the hospital? It doesn’t get more real than that. I’ve worked the grind, hustled on commissions, and built connections in the toughest of industries.
🍔 McDonald’s & Retail (Office Max)? You bet. I’ve learned first-hand what it takes to connect with customers, whether flipping burgers or selling office supplies—these experiences have built my customer service expertise that flows into every brand I touch.
👑 Real Talk:
After a life-changing health scare in 2015, I took my first steps into entrepreneurship through Beachbody (now Bodi). That’s when the entrepreneurial seed my uncle Duane planted years ago started to bloom. From that point, I knew my mission was to help others build brands that truly reflect who they are—brands that turn heads, make money, and live up to their full potential.
💥 I’ve Got Skin in the Game:
I’ve worked as a community manager and leader for two multi-millionaires, managing and growing their communities while also serving as an expert in one of their programs.
I’m an expert in a tax and accounting space, helping clients design their brands around their passion and expertise to make their lives (and tax strategies) work for them.
Oh, and I’ve been doing all of this while leading a team and coaching others to find their own entrepreneurial paths. 🎤 Mic drop.
