That's Windows/Mac updates, program updates, and anti-virus updates. If you can, enabling automatic updates is even better. Just remember to run a restart once everything's done.

Updates aren't just to swap in and out features. They provide security and proformance enhancements and are a vital part of your protection against compromise.
