As a courtesy, we'd like to remind you that Windows 10 will reach it's official end of support on October 14th, 2025. It is important that you upgrade your Windows 10 computers to Windows 11 prior to that date.
After October 14th, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates, patches, or support for Windows 10. That means Microsoft will no longer develop countermeasures or fixes to address new breaches, exploits, viruses, and attacks, leaving Windows 10 computers vulnerable.

This can create insurance liabilities which are not covered in the case of Cryptoware infections or data loss. In addition, having even a single computer on your network with Windows 10 after October 14th means failing to meet regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA, SEC, SOX, FISMA, and PCI-DDS.

Computers that don't meet windows 11 hardware requirements need to be upgraded or replaced. We will need to schedule this as soon as possible, as work is performed in order of arrival.

To all WIndows 10 users. If you are running the Windows 11 check on your PC and getting "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements", don't fret.

Windows 10 is stable and will be supported by Microsoft through October 14, 2025.

Should you still want to upgrade to Windows 11 here are your options:
1. Upgrade the CPU if possible to a supported model. This may entail replacing the motherboard and memory as well to support the new CPU, Secure Boot, and TPM.
2. Replace the entire computer with one that will support Windows 11.
3. Use an unsupported method to install/upgrade to Windows 11 which bypasses the CPU, TPM, and Secure Boot checks. (Risk unsupported operation)
4. Don’t upgrade to Windows 11

To assist in mitigating the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our local community, the following precautionary measures have been taken.

Beginning today, March 16th, onsite work will not be scheduled unless a business-critical emergency situation arises.
