⚠️ Don't let a cheap charger turn into an expensive repair. ⚠️

Over the past few months, we've seen a growing number of iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 series devices come in with motherboard damage caused by low-quality or uncertified charging cables and adapters.

Many people assume a phone that won't charge just needs a new charging port, but that's often not the case. On these newer iPhones, we've found that the charging issue is frequently caused by a failed charging chip on the motherboard—not the charging port itself.

Unfortunately, this isn't a simple or inexpensive repair. It requires advanced microsoldering to replace the damaged chip, making it much more costly than replacing a charging port.

To help protect your device:
✅ Use Apple or MFi-certified chargers and cables.
✅ Avoid extremely cheap charging accessories from unknown brands.
✅ Replace damaged charging cables before they cause problems.

Spending a few extra dollars on a quality charger today can save you from a much more expensive repair later.
