Impact Network Solutions incorporated in 1992 in Celina Ohio, with the intent and desire to provide a quality product at an affordable price. The initial base of customers began as Impact acquired a small interconnect company (Pifer Communications) then quickly expanded product lines in order to be a more complete provider of telecommunications services. As the product lines expanded, so did the b
usiness opportunities and the geographical focus. After a Lima office opened, business expanded to include more of the I-75 corridor. That enabled Impact to better serve the clientele in a larger geographic window. Over the years, the expansion lead to opening offices in Sandusky and Findlay and an eventual move of the corporate offices to Findlay Ohio. Impact currently provides services long distance services in 6 states, and has networked phone systems in 10 states. The combination of diligent workmanship, trusted employees and a commitment to customer service, has propelled Impact and its growth through the years.
