App Tool Werks is a rapidly growing technology company that innovates, builds and deploys cloud-based software services (SaaS) to serve the business community.
Position Summary
You will be reaching out to construction companies across the United States and inviting them to schedule a virtual demo (others will conduct the demo) for the purpose to demonstrate and explain how our software services will increase productivity, increase sales and communication within their organization.
App Tool Werks offers unique services to the marketplace and are currently looking for 2 highly energetic and self-motivated agents to join our quickly expanding team to help with outbound B2B appointment setting with company decision-makers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Excellent phone presence and etiquette.
* Track record of sales and/or appointment setting success.
* Ability to provide persistent and strategic follow-up with prospects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Verifiable B2B cold calling experience.
* Conduct phone calls, text messages, voicemail, emails, and internet marketing to schedule appointment calls on a daily basis.
* On average 100+ call actions per day is common using a CRM combined with a virtual dialer.
* Demonstrate empathy & compassion while speaking with prospects
* Proven ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment adhering to deadlines.
* Ability to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients or lead source agencies.
* Strong computer skills including the ability to conduct searches and navigate the Internet.
* Proven data entry speed and accuracy skills.
* Team player with strong collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*1 year of sales experience
*CRM experience with Hubspot, or another CRM (customer relationship management) database experience.
*Construction industry experience
