Check out this recent project we just wrapped up at ChubTech 3D 👇

A local daycare came by looking for help with something oddly specific—replacement handlebar grips for a Kaplan Daycare Tricycle. These trikes are built like tanks for everyday abuse, but when parts wear out, finding replacements is nearly impossible.

So we reverse-engineered the original grip, modeled a new one in cad, and printed it in red flexible material for that same soft, grippy feel. Honestly? We think it’s just as good—maybe even better—than the original. 💪
