Goodbye Beta. Hello Webtalk v1.0

It's always sad to say goodbye, but we are looking forward to Webtalk's next chapter with all of you. Webtalk's Beta launch was a big success acquiring more than 13 million total users, and over 1.3 million registered users across 138 countries.

We also paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars back to our users through our Rewards program.

That said, the revenue that we generated during our invite-only Beta was not enough to cover the costs of operations to maintain our Beta.

As a result, we depended on financing from private investors to both cover the costs of Beta operations, and to fund the development of new technologies for our v1.0 release.

This week we decided, after some recent technology glitches that caused outages, to simply sunset our Beta due to the costs of repair in an effort to apply all new investment funds that we raise into the development of our v1.0 software.

We have already invested over $6.5MM developing our technologies, and we plan to invest several million more to complete our v1.0 platform prior to its official release.

Our goal to provide end-to-end relationship management for our v1.0 release remains the same, but our mission statement has changed. Our new mission is to create safety and prosperity for the world through verified data.

Fake data/users online leads to more crime, fake news, and poor quality business relationships.

We believe the world is ready for a more trustworthy community that will lead to a safer and more prosperous future for our global community as a whole. Our v1.0 rewards program will have many new financial incentives offered to our members who get verified.

WEBTALK UPDATE

As some of you may know, we are currently working on three new products...

1) Verify and Verify+
2) Rewards+ (and upgrading Rewards)
3) Creator+ (and launching native video for all users and our new "Flix" video sharing platform)

Verify and Verify+ are new subscriptions to verify your ID, work history, education, and references.

In exchange, you can be discovered for more opportunities with premium search engine results as we will feature verified members first in all searches and matchmaking then syndicate your profile to other top search engines.

Verified members will also be eligible to earn rewards, and will receive free premium messaging.

Rewards+ is a new subscription that will offer rewards members more training and sales tools to generate and track more rewards.

Creator+ will allow you to launch your own content subscription, setting your own monthly price to access your premium content.

All new subscriptions will pay recurring commissions to upline affiliates who referred the customers through our Rewards program.

Lastly, but certainly not least, we are making progress on the launch of Webtalk Coin (WTC) that will pay revenue share to holders.

Webtalk Beta Update

As some of you may know, the development of Webtalk's MVP (minimum viable product) was estimated to cost $10 million.

During the early stages, we set out to raise these funds from venture capitalists. Unfortunately, the only offers received were not favorable to our founders, nor our members.

The offers we received required the founding team to give up control and significantly reduce the amount of rewards we would pay out to members.

As a result, we decided to break up our MVP development into three phases and raise funds for each phase with the goal of maintaining control and maximizing the rewards we can give to members.

Hello Webtalkers,

As a brief update, earlier this year Webtalk was accepted into the NewChip accelerator to help us raise a $10MM funding round.

NewChip is one of top accelerators in the US that only accepts the top 3% of candidates, and as a result has a 70% success rate of getting companies funded.

We have been heads down working on our due diligence documents to raise another funding round. At the same time, our team has been planning and designing the next generation of our technologies once the new funds are received.

There have been some recent updates to our Android and iOS apps to improve the experience and fix bugs.

Another update is coming soon that will fix the issue with video ads not reloading quickly, which is requiring a page refresh to load more video ads to earn more points. Once the fix is deployed, new videos ads will appear automatically after one finishes until the ad is closed.

After the new funding round has closed, we will be working on major enhancements across the board for our final release and official launch.

WEBTALK REWARDS UPDATE

As part of our efforts to increase rewards, we will soon be launching new banner ads that will run in our feeds that prompt our members to click the ad to watch video ads to earn more rewards.

These video ads have a countdown timer on them, which is the timer that provides the rewards after the video has played all the way through.

We will also be increasing the number of ads that can be watched per day.

PRO customers will receive a 2X or 3X multiplier on points earned and there will be additional point multipliers based on the payouts of the ads so you will be able to earn up to $1 per ad view.

WEBTALK iOS & ANDROID UPDATE

Today, we released beta version 35 or v0.0.35 to the App & Play Stores. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the notification that the update is available for download.

In this release we have fixed bugs and optimized overall performance making apps faster.

NOTE: We are also working on tools to optimize the revenue and rewards generated from mobile apps. This is a top priority as our apps gain in popularity.

Webtalk's current member total as of today is: 1,328,726 with approximately 20% active monthly, with an average of 4.5 days active per month (or 1 day per week on average).

Time per visit averages 28 minutes.

NOTE: If you want to generate more advertising revenue from your referrals, post quality content daily so there is incentive for your referrals/followers to login daily to view your content.

The more often your referrals login and the more time they spend using Webtalk with each visit the more rewards you will earn.

Webtalk Rewards Comp Plan Updates

Behind the scenes we are working to give our Rewards comp plan an upgrade that will make it more lucrative for all of our affiliates.

A few key changes we are considering prior to coming out of Beta...

1. Much higher ad reward payouts for content creators to attract top influencers ie. 10% for under 10K views/mo, 15% for 10K-100K views per month, 30% for 100K - 1M views per month, 60% for 1M+ views per month

2. Promotions that help you get your Webtalk premium feature subscriptions FREE

3. New compensation structure that has three tiers... Affiliates, Super Affiliates, and Diamond Affiliates.

4. Paying commissions up to 10 levels deep (Super Affiliates & Diamond Affiliates)

5. Earning Webtalk Coin (WTC) for engagement, making purchases, referral engagement, and referral purchases (coin will pay company wide revenue-based dividends) ---Replacing the points system

NOTE: We are also looking into allowing top content creators to launch your own subscription services so your followers can subscribe to your premium content, similar to; YouTube Channel Memberships, Instagram Subscribe Memberships, and OnlyFans.

As an affiliate, you will also earn a percentage of your influencer referral's monthly subscription revenue.

NOTE: If we choose to make these updates we will also be dividing the rewards into two sections.

Going this route will allow Webtalk to pay competitive compensation to creators/influencers to compete against YouTube Monetization, while maintaining a highly attractive affiliate program for referring creators and influencers to join Webtalk and for influencers to promote Webtalk to their followers in other platforms.
