Dumpster Expo 2026 was a blast! It was a pleasure promoting our GPS dash cams alongside our wonderful partners at Dumpster Rental Systems.

DRS gives dumpster operators one platform to manage booking, routing, billing, and reporting, and pairing that with our dash cams helps operators keep their business running efficiently while protecting their drivers and trucks on the road.

Having our booths next to each other led to some insightful conversations with waste disposal operators about the challenges they face related to route planning, driver safety, and other logistical hurdles.

We’re excited for what lies ahead in our partnership as we work together with DRS to help dumpster operators run not only SAFER but also SMARTER.

HD Fleet is a growing dash camera, GPS, and fleet telematics company, and we're looking for a dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer & Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Argyle.

This isn't a scripted call-center job. You'll work directly with customers, troubleshoot real problems, and see them through to a real fix. If you're the person everyone turns to when they can't figure something out, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support customers in English and Spanish by phone and email

- Help customers with dash cameras, GPS tracking devices, and the HD Fleet platform

- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, installation, and software issues

- Walk customers through platform features so they get the most out of it

- Open, document, and manage support tickets from first contact to resolution

- Follow up to make sure problems are actually solved — not just passed along

- Escalate complex technical issues when needed

- Pitch in wherever needed as the company grows

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

- Good with technology and quick to learn new software

- Strong customer service skills — clear, friendly, and confident communication

- A natural troubleshooter and problem solver

- Real follow-through — you close the loop

- Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle several customer issues at once

- Reliable and comfortable working independently

BONUS POINTS

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

- Experience in customer service, help desk, SaaS, GPS, automotive, or tech support
