E-Books / E-Publishing, Magazines, Newsletter, Brochure that requires multiple pages will start out at $60.00 and $5 per additional pages. Book and Magazines Mock-ups: $50.00 and if there more then one on that order. It will be $5.00 for each additional book or magazine that requires mock-up.

Payment schedule
The client will make a 50 percent down payment prior to work commencing. The project can be scheduled once the down payment is received by the designer. The remaining 50 percent is payable to the designer upon completion of the project, and before the original artwork is supplied to the client.

Delayed payment
If, after the project has commenced, subsequent invoices are not paid within 30 days, a 5 percent “delayed payment” fee will be charged. This initial 5 percent figure will be added to each recurring 30 day period until the full amount has been received by the designer.

Cancellation
If after project commencement client communication (face-to-face, telephone, or email) stops for a period of 180 days, the project can be canceled, in writing by the designer, and ownership of all copyrights shall be retained by the designer. A cancellation fee for work completed shall be paid by the client, with the fee based on the stage of project completion. The fee will not exceed 100 percent of the total project cost. You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.

Graphic design is a professional service, not a restock able product or commodity - clients are billed for the time and expertise of our graphic designers, art/creative directors and project managers. In accordance with industry standards, Creative Type charges for design services are a flat fee that is non-negotiable. It does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Graphic designs created at Tyson’s Carolina Classic Graphic Designz are custom-created and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Note that we reserve the right to use stock images where necessary (note: logo designs are 100% custom and may contain stock images). Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Tyson’s Carolina Classic Graphic Designz rights if they are used elsewhere.
