This is what proactive cybersecurity looks like.

One of our clients recently told us they were amazed that our team called them on a weekend just to ask a simple question:

“Hey, are you out of town right now?”

Why were we asking?

Their account triggered an impossible travel alert. Something about the location and timing of a login didn’t match what we would normally expect.

That doesn’t automatically mean someone has been breached. And that’s exactly the point.

Our team saw something that deserved a second look, picked up the phone, and verified it was actually them.

No ticket was opened.
They didn’t know there was an alert.
They didn’t have to ask us to investigate.
We were already paying attention.

Cybersecurity isn’t just about responding when something goes wrong. It’s about recognizing when something might be wrong and checking it out before it has the opportunity to become a problem.

Sometimes great IT is solving a complicated problem.

Sometimes it’s a phone call on a Saturday.

We’d rather make 100 calls that end with “Yep, that was me” than miss the one that wasn’t.
