How to choose a CRM? 🤔

Firstly, you have to determine the specifics of the processes of your business. Therefore, you should take a piece of paper, a pen and write down the entire chain of business processes.

Secondly, almost all CRMs have the basic functionality for the initial automation of business, but with a different interface. So, you should pay attention to the additional modules that are needed for your company. It becomes possible only after making a list of your processes.

I recommend choosing a CRM depending on the specific situation. What are the options?

✓ Choose a ready-made CRM for which you can find all the modules that will meet the needs of your business.
✓ If it is impossible to find ready-made modules, they can be developed specifically for your CRM.
✓ Develop an individual CRM, if the modification of modules will prevail over 70% of the functionality. This CRM will take into account all the features and wishes of your business.

Today we will talk about two systems: CompuBox and VAR.

✔️ CompuBox is a computerized system for evaluating strikes in martial arts.

The system is operated by two operators and is used in boxing matches around the world. Its purpose is to settle fights-related disputes by counting each punch so that viewers of the fight can see the final result.

✔️ VAR (Video assistant referee) has been actively used in football since 2018. The technology allows the referee to make decisions using video replays.

The system allows to review four types of controversial moments and help the referee to make the right decision: violations of the rules when goals are scored, episodes with the award of a penalty, erroneous presentation of a red card and errors in the identification of penalized players.

These systems now serve as assistants for judges. However, soon such systems will have the main role of controlling the rules and fixing the winner, and the judge will become their assistant.

— I started my journey in the IT industry with a small product as a developer. Many things that happened in the product seemed illogical to me and sometimes even absurd. — Give one major piece of advice to a newcomer to project management.
— Choose to work as qa or as a developer. The work of the PM is very stressful and responsible. But if you still decide to go into management, you need to read a lot and learn new things by profile. They contacted us to set up a tool for transferring orders from stores to delivery services. During interaction with the customer, we identified a number of other problems related to employee performance monitoring, imperfect document management, and the lack of a tool for obtaining feedback from customers.

Our team offered a unique and atypical set of solutions, which has allowed the company to minimize errors in the work, advantageously build up from competitors and provide its customers with the best service.

We have developed systems that allow you to track employee workload on the calendar, control the ex*****on of orders, collect reports on the work done, manage employees and analyze their effectiveness.
