🇵🇱🇩🇪 The most interesting AI conversations in Europe right now aren't about models. They're about trust.

That was the thread running through our week in Berlin - two events that together did something bigger than any single startup could: they turned the Polish–German innovation relationship from a talking point into actual infrastructure.

It opened at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin, with the inauguration of the Polish Business Club in Germany a home for Polish companies scaling into the German market, and a sign that economic cooperation between the two countries is moving from declarations to structures people can actually use.

It closed at Polish Tech Night at Venture Café Berlin, where our CEO & Co-Founder Michał Suchocki took the stage for the panel "AI, Capital & Innovation: Unlocking the Polish-German Growth Opportunity."

The room kept returning to the same hard questions:
→ How does AI get adopted in real businesses not in demos, but in production?
→ What changes the moment agents start acting on their own?
→ And who do you actually trust with your data, your infrastructure, your decisions?

Our take is simple: Europe won't win the AI race on capability alone. It'll win on security, trust, and sovereignty - the factors that decide whether anyone is willing to deploy this technology where the stakes are real. That conviction is the whole reason we're building FuseAI, a multi-agent platform that pressure-tests and validates cybersecurity the way an attacker would - before a real one gets the chance.

These evenings were a good reminder that the European tech story isn't written by founders alone. It takes investors, institutions, diplomats, and communities deciding to build across borders.

🎤 We spoke about cybersecurity where it matters – and today was that day!
We're proud that Michał Suchocki took part in Panel II at the 5th Polish Economic and Technology Forum in Switzerland, held today in Zurich.

The panel "New Threats - Cyberattacks, Disinformation, Hybrid Warfare. Strengthening Governmental, Business and Social Resilience" - tackled some of the most pressing challenges facing governments, businesses, and societies across Europe. From the growing sophistication of cyberattacks to the weaponization of disinformation and the complexities of hybrid warfare these are the issues that define our security landscape today.

It was a privilege to share the stage with such experienced experts from Poland and Switzerland, and to discuss how we can collectively build resilience against the threats of tomorrow.

We were also invited to participate in the 2nd Swiss–Polish Economic Dialogue - a high-level bilateral consultation between Poland's Ministry of Development and Technology (MRiT) and Switzerland's SECO, held alongside the Forum.

The discussions covered bilateral economic relations, the geoeconomic context including Ukraine's reconstruction, European competitiveness and economic security, and direct input from the private sector.

We're honored that CyCommSec was invited to this table. Being part of the dialogue between governments and industry leaders on shaping Polish-Swiss economic cooperation is something we don't take for granted. 🙏

AI isn’t longer a question mark. It's a line item in every serious organization's infrastructure budget and the companies that are still "evaluating" it are already 18 months behind the ones that are running it in production.

We're at AI Council SF 2026 in San Francisco and three days at the Marriott Marquis with 1,500+ engineers, researchers, and founders who are building AI systems at scale makes one thing very clear: the debate is over.

This is AI Council's 11th year. Previously known as Data Council, it started as a gathering of data engineers debating whether Hadoop was dead. Today it has a dedicated AI Security & Safety track - a full programming track, running in parallel with Agent Infrastructure, Model Systems, and Applied AI. Not a side panel, not a closing keynote, but a track.

That shift alone tells you everything about where the industry is.

On Day 3, Diana Kelley (CISO, Noma Security) is presenting "Agentic AI: From Risk Awareness to Practical Control" and Feros Aboulkhadjeh (CEO, Socket) is talking about "The Agent Attack Surface: Why AI Is Breaking Software Security As We Know It." Day 1 had Arnuta Motcal (CPO, Skyflow) on "Agents Break Data Security - And Here's What You Do About It."

Read those titles carefully. They're not asking whether AI creates new attack surfaces. They're telling you it does and expecting the audience to already know why.

That's the reality we've been building for.

FUSEAI is the only AI security solution in Poland - and one of the first in Europe - purpose-built for exactly this problem. 🚀 Proud moment for CyCommSec and FUSEAI!

🦾 We are thrilled to share that FUSEAI was recognized at ECSO Cyber Solution Days Wales 2026 in Cardiff - an event focused entirely on innovative applications of AI for resilient digital futures.

That is exactly the space where we believe Europe needs more real ex*****on and less noise.

‼️ Fuse AI pitched during the first session, and later that day was named - alongside Cavefish as a winner, qualifying for the ECSO Award Finals 2027.
This means a great deal to us.

🤝 Thank you to European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) and Francisco Andrade e Silva personally for excellent hosting and moderation throughout the day. Thank you to Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji, CyberMadeInPoland and everyone working to build stronger European cybersecurity and stronger Polish representation within it.

Dwa lata temu mieliśmy pomysł, a dziś mamy produkt. I znowu będziemy na scenie ECSO. 🚀

W 2024 roku pojechaliśmy na finał ECSO Award z czymś, czego jeszcze nie było: z wizją AI, która myśli jak atakujący, działa autonomicznie i wyprzedza hakera zanim ten zdąży uderzyć. Mieliśmy pomysł i przekonanie, że to ma sens. W czasie finału w 2024 dostaliśmy potwierdzenie, że ta wizja ma wielki potencjał, tak więc zbudowaliśmy, testowaliśmy i finalnie wdrożyliśmy.

Dziś FUSE AI to działająca platforma do automatycznego pentestingu: multi-agentowa, autonomiczna, pokrywająca web, API, infrastrukturę i bazy danych. Prawdziwy AI co-pilot, który znajduje i eksploituje luki tak, jak robiłby to najlepszy pentester - tylko szybciej i w każdej skali.

W tym roku braliśmy udział w 23. edycji EY Przedsiębiorca Roku (przedsiębiorca roku 2025) jednego z najbardziej prestiżowych konkursów przedsiębiorczości w Polsce, którego zwycięzca będziereprezentować nasz kraj podczas międzynarodowego finału, gdzie zmierzy się z laureatami lokalnych edycji konkursu z około 60 krajów.

Gala EY World Entrepreneur of the Year odbędzie się w czerwcu 2026 roku w Monte Carlo.

Finalistami zostali m.in. twórcy ICEYE, Zowie czy cyber_Folks
Elita polskiej przedsiębiorczości - serio.

Tym razem nie znaleźliśmy się w finale, ale otrzymaliśmy zaproszenie na Galę Finałową. I dobrze, bo patrząc na to towarzystwo wiedzieliśmy, że jesteśmy dokładnie we właściwym miejscu, w odpowiednim momencie.

Samo znalezienie się w gronie firm ocenianych przez jury EY to dla nas wyróżnienie i motywacja. Finaliści - szczere gratulacje, zasłużone!
