How to recover a dead DeWALT battery 🔋.. I left this battery on a shelf for over a year. It would not take a charge or even light up the charger base. By jumping a pair of wires between B+ / B- from a charged battery to B+ / B- on the dead battery, I was able to wake up the BMS, which allowed the dead battery to start charging again. 🥳
