The room said everything.

Huge thank you to Suncoast Credit Union and SVN Commercial Partners for hosting this with us.

What made this different wasn’t just the turnout—it was the conversation.
Real insights from people actually in it every day.

We got into where projects are breaking down, how teams are navigating it, and what’s starting to change as technology becomes part of the process—not just another tool.

We even touched on the bigger picture of where construction is heading… and that’s the part we’re most excited about.

Appreciate everyone who showed up and contributed.

More of this soon.

Grateful for a week like this in Tampa.

Huge thank you to Tampa Bay Tech Week — the level of conversation, collaboration, and intention behind these events is exactly what industries like construction need more of right now.

But one that really stood out: Cyber & Ci**rs.

Hearing directly from leadership — including how the Mayor is actively supporting innovation, investing in entrepreneurs, and pushing Tampa forward as a true tech hub — was powerful. You can feel that this isn’t just talk… it’s action.

And then the construction conversation hit.

Not just surface-level “we’re adapting” — but real, operational shifts:
• How companies are navigating inflation + tariffs
• How they’re rethinking strategy, not just reacting

But what stuck with me most…

One company shared that they’ve grown their female workforce from 9% → 30%.

Not by accident.

By intentionally creating environments where women actually feel comfortable stepping into and staying in the industry.

And here’s the part people don’t talk about enough:
That shift didn’t just change hiring numbers — it made them a better company.

Better culture.
Better collaboration.
Better outcomes.

That’s what real innovation looks like.

Not just new technology…
But rethinking how we build teams, industries, and opportunities.

This is exactly why ForgeOps exists — because the future of construction isn’t just digital transformation…

It’s operational + cultural transformation.

Excited for what’s ahead — and who’s building it.

Can’t wait to continue sharing this same energy over here in SWFL.

We’re heading to Tampa Bay Tech Week this Wednesday & Thursday 🙌

Excited to be in the room with people talking about what’s next — especially when it comes to AI, innovation, and how it actually impacts industries like construction and the trades.

There’s a lot happening right now:
• New tech entering the space
• Bigger, more complex projects
• Pressure to move faster with fewer resources

And the reality is — construction doesn’t need more tools… it needs better connected systems.

That’s exactly what we’re building with ForgeOps.

Looking forward to learning, connecting, and having real conversations around where the industry is going.

If you’ll be there, drop a comment 👇 we’d love to meet up!

Is your construction company operating in a fragmented tech stack that's holding you back?

The average construction firm struggles with 5–12 disconnected systems for CRM, estimating, project management, and more. This leads to miscommunication, data silos, and operational inefficiency. It's time to stop layering features onto legacy architecture and start building a cohesive operational ecosystem.

At ForgeOps, we believe the industry deserves a platform designed for how builders actually work today. That's why our solution was born on the jobsite, not in a boardroom.

We are centralizing the entire operational lifecycle—from sales and estimating to project ex*****on and facilities management—into one streamlined system. Our focus is on native, critical functionality for seamless workflows, fewer clicks, and total operational visibility.

The goal isn't just a new tool; it's to become the Operating System for Construction Companies.

If you’re tired of managing broken integrations and vendor-driven roadmaps, what's the #1 pain point your current tech stack creates for your team? Share your thoughts below.

What a way to kick off SWFL Women in Construction Week 👷‍♀️✨

A packed room.
Incredible energy.
Powerful conversations.

There’s something special about being surrounded by women who are building, leading, and pushing this industry forward every single day.

And being honored with the Innovation Award for ForgeOps was completely unexpected — and incredibly humbling.

We’re grateful.
We’re inspired.
And we’re just getting started.

To every woman showing up, stepping up, and building boldly — this week is for you.

If you were there tonight, drop a 💪 below. Let’s keep the momentum going.

AI isn’t the disruption.

Fragmentation is.

Construction has been operating inside disconnected systems for years — and now we’re being told to “add AI” on top of it.

But layering intelligence onto a fragmented tech stack doesn’t fix the core problem.

Most contractors today are running:
• One system for project management
• Another for RFIs
• Another for takeoffs
• A separate CRM
• Separate fintech tools
• Accounting somewhere else
• Data living everywhere

That’s not an ecosystem. That’s operational drag.

At ForgeOps, we’re not building another integration layer.

We’re combining the core operational systems construction already depends on — project management, fintech, CRM, takeoffs, RFIs, documentation, workflows — into one unified operating environment.

Then we embed AI inside that ecosystem where it actually has context.
Because AI without context is noise.

AI across fragmented systems is limited.
AI inside a unified operational core? That changes the game.

When financial data, client relationships, job progress, change orders, and field documentation all live in one environment:
• Rework drops
• Decision velocity increases
• Margin visibility improves
• Forecasting sharpens
• Leaders operate proactively instead of reactively

This isn’t about replacing project managers.

It’s about giving them leverage.

Construction hasn’t struggled with talent.

It’s struggled with cohesion.

The next competitive edge won’t belong to the contractor with the most tools.
It will belong to the contractor with the most unified operating system.

So here’s the real question:
Are you planning to layer AI onto your existing stack — or are you ready to rethink the foundation entirely?

02/24/2026

📍 2026 is shaping up to be a defining year for the construction industry — if we lead, not just react.

We’re at an inflection point where persistent challenges and emerging opportunities are converging:

🔹 Labor shortages and skills gaps continue to tighten margins and slow delivery — with hundreds of thousands of skilled roles unfilled across the U.S. market. This isn’t just a hiring issue — it’s a productivity challenge.

🔹 Cost pressures and supply chain volatility are still real realities — from materials to logistics — that demand smarter ex*****on and tighter financial discipline.

🔹 The industry’s productivity gap has hardly budged compared to other sectors over the past decades — but digital transformation is finally closing that gap.

And here’s where the opportunity lies:

🚀 Technology isn’t a “nice to have” — it’s now a strategic lever.

AI and automation aren’t just future concepts — they’re already reshaping how work is planned, coordinated, and executed across the lifecycle. Firms using AI to break down data silos, streamline workflows, and augment decision-making are seeing real benefits — especially in addressing labor constraints.

📊 Yet the real differentiator isn’t technology alone — it’s how human leadership adapts with it:

✔️ Curating data into predictable processes
✔️ Empowering teams instead of replacing them
✔️ Augmenting human expertise, not outsourcing judgment

This blended approach — people + purpose-built tech — is where the industry’s next growth chapter will come from.

To thrive in 2026, construction leaders must shift from “adopting tech” to “integrating tech with intention.”

And that starts with asking the right questions:
👉 Are we using data to eliminate rework?
👉 Are we empowering our field teams with real-time insights?
👉 Are we building systems that elevate experience and ex*****on — not just automate tasks?

The future won’t wait — but the companies that lead it will build more than structures — they’ll build resilience.

Time loss in construction isn’t usually one big disaster.

It’s the daily friction.

Five minutes chasing updates.
Ten minutes switching between platforms.
Redoing work because something changed.
Sitting in meetings about… other meetings.

It adds up fast.

So let’s talk about it 👇
What’s eating the most time on your projects right now?

A) Chasing updates
B) Tool switching
C) Rework
D) Meetings about meetings

Drop the letter in the comments — or tell us what we missed.

Let’s see where the real bottleneck is.

What a night.

Builders. Leaders. Community support. Real conversations.

The biggest win?

Everyone left with value — either a new connection who could help them, or someone they could support.

That’s the standard.

We’re making this a quarterly event.
