I love to listen to a good podcast while driving, several months back I was listening to an episode on the subject of maintaining a positive outlook, and heard a doctor state that 90% of our daily thoughts are the same, and 80% of them are negative. More of my thoughts on the subject, and a simple way to fix 'em ;)
