We will work hard to make sure your business is taken care. Warranties and Fees:
All work performed is warranted. In fact our warranty includes additional repairs that may come up like disconnected network drives or printer connections. A lot of stuff consumers don't know to ask about. We will repair your laptop then after you get it home call us for up to 30 days for all the free remote support you need. If you need a price for screen replacement or extensive work we will need to tear down your computer to get a lot of those prices so what we do is charge a discovery of $68.00 then we roll half that price into your final bill. But if the repairs are too costly we can roll that price into another repair like a data transfer to get all your data to another computer.

This custom made computer came into the shop because it wouldn't boot up. Custom rigs are often built for gaming, and can represent 100's of hours of worker from their owner.

We have a checklist and go thru them piece by piece. Got a few more things to test, but pretty sure the Motherboard is blown. Probably overheated and melted some small components.
