This is the first post about the HRTech revolution.
What we are doing right now is blowing the minds of everyone we talk to. The first investor said YES, after the first 30-minute meeting. The first big company (10K+) not only confirmed participation but also became the project's adviser and offered the option of funding in the future.
We have not yet had negotiations where we were told NO. To say we are shocked is to say nothing. We have never defined the pain of such a "hot" market so precisely.
We have several recordings of calls with both companies and candidates. With their permission, we'll do a set of reactions of how they understood the main point of the project.
However, "revolution" is not about the easy way. It's when the situation is so under pressure that already the market itself is like a stream of water, actively building a new channel, bypassing the rubble and swamps. That's where we hit our decision.
In a couple of weeks, we'll tell you:
- Why candidates with ProGuild no longer need to interview at companies.
- How a developer from Ufa or Israel suddenly becomes known by every company in the world.
- How companies reduce hiring costs and can plan hiring months in advance.
- Why do candidates work with us even if they don't change jobs now?

- How we, even without an MVP, will take more than $8M manually in a few months.
We are told we will be unicorns in a year. We want to believe it.
