Transcriptionist Opportunity at Interactions, LLC (On-site in New Providence, NJ)

Interactions, LLC is the world’s largest independent AI company. We operate at the intersection of customer experience and AI – two of today’s most innovative and dynamic industries.

As a Transcriptionist, you will be a member of the valued team that provides the all-important data that drives Interactions’ technology. You will be responsible for analyzing and annotating spoken and written dialogues involving multiple speakers. Tasks include transcribing speech into text, identifying important entities in speech and text, and classifying the intent of a speaker. You will provide valuable transcriptions and annotations that drive our technology development. Flexible hours available (minimum of 30/week).
