We hope everyone has a blessed and safe 4th of July! Today we will be closing at 4pm so everyone can go home and rest before the hot weekend. Also, we finally have our new phone number and cards in! Phone line should be up and running by Monday morning.

Tomorrow is the day! Thursday, June 25th, starts a new journey for OmniSolution. We are officially soft-opening at our new location at 245 Sloan Rd, right next to Optimum.

​We have minimal signage for now, but look for the 12-foot cell phone repair banner by the road!
​We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who donated and lent a hand to get this done. We literally couldn't have done this without you.

​We plan to hold a grand opening next month with some giveaways and special events, so keep an eye out for our updates. Please share this post so everyone knows where we are now!

New shop update:

We have had a couple technical difficulties getting everything together for our Wednesday opening but Lord willing we should be able to get open by Thursday. For now we are still in RadioShack. Send some prayers! We are hard at work!

Just a reminder that we will be set up inside of Curtis TV Inc RadioShack on West Palmer until further notice. We have a new shop at 245 Sloan Rd but of course we have to build it out. We are praying for sometime around next Wednesday the 24th to be up and going!

We have some major news about the shop's next chapter!

Tomorrow, we are officially signing the lease for our new permanent location on Sloan Rd (right next to Optimum). If everything goes smoothly, we should be fully moved in and operating out of the new space within the next couple of weeks.
​For the time being, we are officially up and running inside RadioShack on West Palmer.
​We want to extend a massive, heartfelt thank you to Tony and his wife for their incredible generosity in giving us a temporary place to set up and keep working while we transition. To everyone who has reached out and lent a hand, thank you so much. It means the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful for this community!

Since many of you already know about the recent incident, we wanted to follow up with a clear update on how it affected our space and your items.
​While we are incredibly thankful that there was absolutely no fire inside our shop, we did unfortunately end up with severe smoke damage throughout the interior.
​The most important thing you need to know is that your items are completely safe. As a standard practice, anything not actively on the workbench is stored in sealed protective containers, so customer property was entirely spared from the smoke.
​We are currently working through the insurance process, but we are also focused on getting back to work as quickly as possible. We currently have a couple of potential locations lined up, and we should know within the next couple of days if we will be moving into one of them to resume operations.
​We will provide another update as soon as we have a clearer timeline and a confirmed plan.

We know times are tough right now and don't expect anything but if everyone could at least share then maybe we can get moved quickly. We have insurance but don't know how fast or what it will cover right now. We hope everyone has a blessed week and thank you all for everything. We wouldn't be where we are without you!
