I’ve spent over two decades working in data, systems, training, and business operations, helping organizations turn data into something they can actually use...valuable decision-making information.

Since the day I started down this path of chaos, one pattern has kept showing up: most businesses either lack the tools to get the job done efficiently or lack connected systems.

In industries like travel advising, that problem is even more pronounced. Advisors are often managing websites, intake forms, CRMs, and communication across multiple platforms that don’t talk to each other. The result is fragmented data, inconsistent workflows, and unnecessary friction in the sales process.

That’s what led me to build Cynterion.

Cynterion is focused on creating unified, data-driven platforms that bring together digital presence, client intake, and workflow into a single system. The goal is simple: capture better information earlier in the intake process, reduce operational friction, and give businesses clearer visibility into their pipeline. By doing this, it produces better decisions, gives the impression that the agent/broker is organized, enhances trust, and above all, it saves everyone time...and time is money.
