Digital Health Check #24 🩺
Quick question:
Who has access to your website right now?
Not who should have access.
Who actually has access.
Maybe you hired a web designer a few years ago.
A freelancer helped with a contact form.
A marketing agency logged in once.
A former employee still has an account.
If they no longer need access, it’s a good idea to remove it.
Fewer accounts mean fewer opportunities for stolen passwords, forgotten logins, or unauthorized access.
Take five minutes this week and review your website users. You might be surprised by who’s still on the list.
