Another set of nets designed and crafted for Specialized Fire Equipment Service who was out fitting another rig for their customer with some needed upgrades and a special request of Red and Black Cribbing nets. These nets are removable with Velcro loops through footman loops to allow cleaning to be easy, quick deployment of cribbing and can be accessed top, bottom, left, right. These color nets add a cool touch of morale to any rig!

The First Response 3 Way Rope Bag. This bag was designed by firemen for firemen! We brought in some of the best in the industry to provide feedback and insight with this project. The bag can house 200’-300’ of rope and can be pre rigged for work. The bags are constructed of 18oz. Scrim infused vinyl to ensure the rugged elements of the job don’t wear and tear the bag! Custom UV ink printing is available, and you can brand your bag with single color or full color department patch or numbers. The bag was designed for right or left hand use and has a heavy duty spur grommet in the bottom to allow the rope to pass through and make a working end of an anchor point. There are many other key features of this bag showcased in this video. We want to send a HUGE thank you to Rj of Capitol Fire Training for all his contributions of knowledge and support throughout the process of this project.

UPGRADES!!! With the flow of custom Fire Engine Hose Bed Netting becoming more popular for our production team we made the choice to invest. Our Engineer Thomas who personally knows both ends of this set out to repurpose an automatic tacking machine, He designed a sewing pattern from scratch had a clamp machined wrote and installed the software and we now have a machine that cuts time from manually sewing netting more than in half. Prior to this the 1.75” x 1.75” box stitch took a sewer about 3mins to sew. Now with this new clamp and program it takes 11 seconds per box stitch!!! This design Thomas created provides not only a stronger stitch but a clean crisp look to that will hold up on any fire ground and also keeps cost down for our customers . The average rear hose bed net can have upwards of 100 box stitches to create the net Do the math on that… Manually takes FOREVER!!! We are about being in business but end result we are about fair pricing and providing our customers with a quality service and product.

Morale patches on turnout coats has become a more and more common thing you see on the fire grounds and we honestly love it!

Our local volunteers from Engine/Tower Company One (Independent Hose Company came to us and wanted a patch sewn on to their personal turnout gear. We look forward to more of these being done.

Custom Quick Deployment Cross Lay Covers for Prince Frederick Engine Company 2

When seconds count this type of custom feature helps! This type of cover allows firefighters to come off the rigs gloved up (gloves on) and pull the cord and grab the hose load and get water on the fire with in seconds of the Wagon driver setting the air brakes.
