The latest work; a custom closet for baby Wilcox 🩷?💙 and part 4 of a home makeover which included painting doors, trim, and baseboards from white to Accessible Beige and flipping all of the hardware from silver to oil-rubbed bronze (you all should know this house well by now).

The football concession stand is their main fundraiser for the year and with the likelihood of not having a home field to play on (major improvements to the school include a new football field and all they have done so far is demo it) they have no ability to raise funds.

Board and Batten up the stairs and a new pendant for the foyer. I also painted an accent wall in the living area. Going back next week to paint a runner on the stairs!

This was A LOT of work. Like over 160 hours of work in 3 weeks.

Built-in bunks on the 3rd floor plus fresh paint on the walls
2 New king size beds and mattresses
Sanded stairs and sealed
Painted the master bathroom and vanity, installed new mirrors and light fixtures
Installed USB/USC outlets
Took down two fans and Installed one large fan
Installed new blinds
Painted doors
…plus a bunch of other smaller jobs from hanging more mirrors and neon signs, to hiding cords and paint touch-ups.

I’ve been slow to post. Soaking up all of my last minutes with my two oldest. Sent the first off to FSU on Friday and the oldest goes back to UIUC Friday 😭😭

What have I been working on??? Some cabinets, a barn door Install and interior painting with an area with bead board and hooks because they do not have a coat closet. Helping both make the most out of their spaces.
