Lithology Brewing celebrated its eighth anniversary on July 20 by holding a tap takeover featuring the other Long Island craft breweries that like Lithology got their start at 211A Main Street in Farmingdale.

Reflecting on my journey, it feels like a distant memory, and now, I find myself returning to the fundamentals of my career. I've made the conscious decision to pivot from my daily routine to reignite my dormant passions, investing in myself to turn some of my dreams into reality. I am immensely grateful for my time at Flowers; the lessons I've absorbed over 8 years are priceless. Now, it's time to face the most daunting challenge yet and take the leap!

It is often said that history is written by the victors. Similarly, just as horseshoe crabs are often completely disregarded, there are friends and family members whose stories are lost or replaced and often not even searchable. The goal of Limulus is to validate the limitless impact of those who gave their hearts and hard work to make a difference. Before Shark Week, I'd like to call out an article from the 1960s about how hand-tagging sharks was a new method to protect the species and how the program to learn about the shark was new.
