We’re happy that Los Angeles Valley College could use our donated Leica Microsystems Microscopes for their Build-A-Hand Challenge. We donated to help these kids develop prosthetic hands as part of their STEM program.

“We had 4 teams of four and they all built their prosthetic hands in about an hour. We cobbled one of their hands at the 15-minute mark, so they had to work as a true team using only one hand each.” - Williams, Pamela
