🚨 Microsoft 365 Outage Update 🚨

As of 9:30 PM (CST), Microsoft is still working to resolve an ongoing service outage affecting parts of Microsoft 365.

Some users may continue to experience issues with email, security features, or accessing certain Microsoft services. This is a Microsoft-side issue and is not related to your device, internet, or network setup.

Microsoft has acknowledged the problem and is actively working toward full restoration. We’re monitoring the situation closely and will share updates as they become available.

The question of all questions… and sometimes, it actually works! 😃

Computers are incredibly complex machines and very few people in the world understand them completely. They can do the strangest things for no discernible reason. And when a computer makes a mistake, good luck figuring out what it did and why.

How do you fix 90% of the mistakes made by a computer?

Reboot. I will say it again: REBOOT❗️

“Have you tried turning it off and on again?” is a very valid question in the IT world. It usually comes down to a stray command getting through when it shouldn’t or a program shutting down improperly. When you reboot the computer, all of that is forgotten (short of a major glitch). The operating system and all its dependent programs are started fresh and that little stray command or electron is wiped from the computer’s memory. Problem solved.

So before you panic (and call your tech) when your computer is doing something strange, just remember to “Keep Calm and Turn It Off and On Again”. You’ll likely be pleasantly surprised.
