UPDATE: We had some equipment that was damaged and didn't show that until we powered it off and back on. Heading to get the replacement equipment and will hopefully be back online soon.

🚨Emergency Maintenance🚨

Our pole feeding Excel/Frisco Hwy was bent during the storms last night. We will be taking this site offline at 7:30PM to swap out the pole. We expect this downtime to last 1-2 hours. Currently, it is still online but with limited capacity.

🚨Network Maintenance 🚨

We will have a network maintenance on 1/15/2026 from 12AM to 2AM. During this time there will be intermittent outages as we perform software upgrades on critical systems.

UPDATE 2: This issue has now been resolved.

UPDATE 1: We have identified the issue, but unable to make repairs until the rain passes. Until then, there will be intermittent outages to customers and sites connected to these water towers.

We are seeing an outage at the Mexia Water Tower and the South Frisco City Water Tower. We are currently investigating and will update once we assess the problem.

🚨Network Maintenance for Excel/Frisco Hwy Site🚨

UPDATE 2: All work has been completed and all customers are back online. We have also made repairs to the Excel Assembly site as well.

UPDATE: We are having some issues with the new network equipment and trying to troubleshoot. Due to this, there is an extended outage currently until we get it fixed.

We will have a scheduled maintenance window from 5PM to 8PM tomorrow, 12/8/2025. There will be intermittent outages while performing the maintenance. We temporarily repaired some damaged cables earlier in the year and are now replacing them.

We have identified an issue with Hulu streaming services that shows an error stating you are not in the US and/or using a VPN. We have reached out to Hulu to help resolve this matter as everything on our end looks to be correct.

Approximately 7:45PM tonight, our upstream internet provider had to start an emergency maintenance. I am told there may be a few more intermittent outages while they swap cables to new equipment. The outages will be short when they do happen. We will update this post once the maintenance is complete.
