ZettaLync Mobile App: This app is easy to install on iPhone and Android phones. Allows you to make and receive calls using your company phone number and extension over Wi-Fi and cellular networks. When you make a call from it, the caller ID from your business phone number will be displayed. Calls to your business phone number or extension will ring through to the app on your cell phone. With this app you can also transfer calls to other extensions and conduct conference calls.
ZettaLync User Dashboard and UC Teams Platform: This feature allows you to make and receive calls using your home computer or laptop using your home internet. You can also send and receive messages to coworkers using the texting feature. Other features include the ability to hold virtual meetings, screen sharing, three-way conference calling, and more. Please note you will need to connect a headset to your computer in order to use this feature.
