For those who followed and want a quick solution:
1. Use parsec. https://parsec.app/
a. Follow this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=953DbKEzI_E&t=639s

This will be enough to have your computer on all the time and stream it

2. This is the tricky part where you can remotely turn on your pc from anywhere and not waste energy.
a. Find a guide for your bios/computer to be started from power on. You can find a guide to find your bios.
b. Get a smart plug (maybe a failsafe one) that will let you turn the computer on from anywhere
