The reason I sell business / govnt / military grade computers is pretty straight forward. I'm afraid people are going to use their laptops etc like I use mine... 24/7.. needs to work ridden hard and put away wet. A laptop as a daily diver for me, last at most about 9 months, which is about 5 years in normal people years.. Every brand has their "hardcore" series, pick one of those... bang for buck....Latitudes " dude you got a Dell" :-)
