At that time the founders, Dave and I, starting printing flyers, brochures, and literature for an organization we both belonged to, Van-Port Independent Monitors, a group of people who monitored channel 9 on the citizen band radio and helped people in distress. So naturally Dave and I started calling our business Van-Port Publishing. Dave a fan of genealogy, expanded the company, and started print
ing up family trees and printing coat of arms for those that wanted them. In 1994 Dave introduced me to the internet, where I learned HTML and started to create websites. Dave took care of the publishing end and I created WebSites by BigJohnny. a few years later I learned how to make custom screen savers and created ScreenSavers by BigJohnny. In 1998 Dave passed away at age 50 and the publishing end of the business was discontinued. leaving it basically as it was in 1998. I continued Van-Port Publishing until October 2004. Van-Port Publishing becomes JnDEnterprises
In October 2004, wanting to earn extra money for christmas, my wife Deborah started to sell items on e-bay. She did so well so got a business license and started JnDEnterprises which stands for John and Debbie's Enterprises. She ran her E-bay and drop shipping business and I did my web sites and custom screen savers. JnDEnterprises becomes JnD WebSolutions
By 2009 the Business was basically dead, my wife was back to work, I was working as an apartment manager and not web mastering any web sites. Then in February of that year I lost my job and started retailing VPNs, Shared and Dedicated web hosting services, etc. I got back into web mastering and custom screen saver making. Since the e-bay business was now defunct I changed the name to JnD WebSolutions.
