LED Light Bulbs - evolution?
I just replaced an LED bulb in my office. When they came out, they were supposed to last a lifetime. My casual observance is that they are no better than incandescent bulbs from a RELIABITLY perspective. They certainly have their advantages like lower electricity cost but their life is no better IMHO.
Notice the difference in size in the photo. I imagine that a bulb produced today probably has a better life than those produced 10 years ago although they consume the same power.
