Find your center again. The exotic veneer on the updated Tan Tien is printed with three radiating colors at very specific opacities that create a vibrational effect drawing you into its power center. The same pop with more stiffness in the nose and tail from basalt reinforcement. Comes in 2 Flexes. This graphic project for has been in the making and finally launched!

INKED — Natural Pigments from Mexico to Maine
Artist: Kaspar Heinrici
This exhibition focuses on Maine-inspired imagery made with Maine-derived materials 🌲 and includes works conceived in Mexico. After learning to create natural pigments from foraged materials during a 2018 residency in Oaxaca, I began developing a color palette from plants collected in Maine’s woods and gardens 🌿. Using local materials to depict a place feels both intuitive and necessary—an extension of how landscape, material, and meaning are deeply connected.
My work typically explores how perception shapes meaning, value, and desire—from light and shadow to the cultural signals embedded in objects 🎨👁️. Working across drawing, painting, animation, and sculpture, I use process and iteration to question authorship, access, and how art circulates between gallery and everyday life.
