At F8 Tech, our motto is, “We keep IT simple,” and that’s exactly what we strive to do. Whenever you’re working with a
consultant, things can become overcomplicated very quickly. We work hard to make sure that doesn’t happen to our
clients—we handle the complicated matters and make sure it’s as easy as possible for our clients to understand and
utilize their IT systems. We work hard
to establish and maintain an exemplary working relationship with each of our clients. Our approach is
“high service, high touch,” which means we go above and beyond to stay in close contact and attend to our customers’ needs at all times. When a client needs assistance, our response times are impeccable. We’ve also worked hard to become a true one-stop shop when it comes to IT, and we offer solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. Our History
Company owner Brent Wolff founded F8 Tech back in 2011 to address a great need he saw in the small-business
environment. Small businesses needed someone reliable and competent to attend to their IT needs, and most couldn’t
afford an in-house IT specialist of their own. F8 Tech was born to provide a “one-stop shop” where businesses could get
all of their IT needs met, great and small, with options to meet their budgets. Brent grew up in a ranching and farming environment, and a strong work ethic was instilled in him from a very young
age. As a businessman, he strives to run his company in the same way he saw his dad conduct business: treating clients
as he would like to be treated. Before starting F8 Tech, Brent worked as an IT Manager, so he has been on both sides of the desk and truly understands
where his clients are coming from. F8 Tech works for the greatest good of its customers; clients aren’t ever locked into a
contract—if they need to make a change and scale up or down in the services they receive, F8 will always accommodate
that. Customer satisfaction is the bottom line! The F8 Way
F8 Tech offers what we call our “stack,” which is our full range of IT solutions tailored to meet virtually every need. A
client can utilize smaller ala carte solutions or have F8 manage every facet of their IT through our Managed Care
package. Whatever a client needs and whatever a client’s budget, we’ll work with them to find the best solutions. Our F8 Tech team is one big family, and our clients can feel that camaraderie from the moment they come in or call in. In
addition to caring about one another and our clients, we also care about our community, and we are active in serving
and giving back to the community in various ways, from supporting youth sports teams to helping out local charities.
