For all my friends and family, we are now Spectrum Authorized Retailer along with Geneseo Computers Inc. and Wellsville Computers and UPS drop off location. We also do Camera's setup and sales along with websites computers sales and repairs, cell phone repairs. so, keeping business as local as we can i hope if you need things please contact us.
The Spectrum phones work on the Verizon network and are 29.99 a month compared to 50 a month and taxes etc. they do have cheaper options but not unlimited. Yes, you do have to have spectrum internet to be able to get this deal but if you already have Spectrum internet your saving money going with spectrum mobile, saving at least 20 a month is well worth it, and 2nd line is free for a year if you have more than one line. They do offer money for trade ins and up to 500 a line to buy you out if you have a balance with another company. so please if you need anything let me know.
We do not do support for spectrum we are sorry to say so we can't help you with any issues we are just here for helping you save some money. anywhere verizion gets service they do but cheaper. they have so new options with cable tv as well.

New updated Credit card rules so if you are charging or getting charged an extra fee for running a credit card and they don't have it posted on the menus or price tags is illegal to do, it always has been, but they are enforcing it more with a $500 fine to start with. Myself I hate going into a Pizza place and thinking I'm paying one price then give them the card and paying an extra 4 dollars or worse.

There is currently a spectrum outage in the village of Geneseo. Possibly Covington as well. Spectrum initially stated 7am for an up time but so far no luck.

Tip of the week:

Be wary of upgrading to Windows 11. We have been dealing with several cases of people's machines failing to reboot after upgrading. Windows 10 is supported until 2025, so there is no hurry if you do not need it.

That said, if you do feel adventurous, just call us at 585-243-4870 if things go south.
