We had the best time chatting with some of our customers at the Main Street Farmers Market in Chattanooga! We asked them how important eating healthy, nutritious food is to them and their families, and let’s just say… everyone agreed it’s VERY important! 🌱

Safe to say our customers know the value of fresh, wholesome food! And apparently, our arugula is a crowd favorite, too!

Getting to know our customers is truly one of our favorite parts of what we do! We love hearing their stories, learning how they use their Fresh-Tech products at home.

Eating clean shouldn’t be considered a diet… it should simply be the way we eat! 🌱🥬

Somewhere along the way, choosing fresh, wholesome foods became something we have to be intentional about, rather than just a natural part of our everyday lives.

At Fresh-Tech, we believe in getting back to the basics. Eating more real, fresh food, knowing where it comes from, and filling our plates with ingredients that nourish our bodies.

Farm life comes with its fair share of hard work, long days, and unexpected challenges. But there’s also SO much good to be found in the everyday moments! 💚

We’ve learned that there’s always something to be grateful for if you take the time to look for it. Whether it’s a beautiful morning in the greenhouse, a fresh harvest, or a conversation with someone at the farmers market, the little things really do add up.

And one of the greatest joys of all? Getting to grow fresh, local food for our community. It’s a privilege we don’t take lightly, and we’re so grateful for every family that gives Fresh-Tech a place at their table!

A little behind the scenes of life in the hoop house! 🧄🌱

With our cantaloupe and okra cleared out, we’re making room for something new! We’re refreshing our raised beds with fresh topsoil and mushroom compost to get everything ready for planting GARLIC!

From planting to preparing, we love getting to share a little bit of the process with you!

We’re taking you behind the scenes of today’s harvest, and we’ve got a little bit of everything! From LOTS of fresh lettuce and kale to tomatoes, green beans, and more, it’s been a busy morning in the greenhouse!

Happy National Farmers Day! 🌱

If you had told us years ago that we’d one day be tower farmers, we probably wouldn’t have believed you! But here we are, and what an unexpected gift this chapter of life has been.

Not only do we get to spend our days growing fresh food for our community, but we get to do it all right down the road from family. Having our children and grandchildren nearby, watching the grandkids enjoy coming to the farm, and getting to share this adventure with them has made it all the sweeter.

We’re so grateful for the unexpected turns that brought us here and for all the farmers out there who work hard to feed their communities. Happy National Farmers Day!

We’ve got a new face around the greenhouse! Everyone, meet Amelia! 👋

Funny enough, Amelia and Fresh-Tech go back to 2024, when she worked at the farmers market booth right next to ours! Since then, she’s graduated from Sewanee with a degree in Biology, spent a summer working on farms through WWOOF, and recently made the move to Chattanooga!

When the opportunity came for her to join our team, we couldn’t have been more excited!

We’re so happy to have Amelia growing alongside us. Help us give her a warm welcome!

This just in… our first Bok Choy of the season is here! 🥬

Freshly harvested this morning and packed into full 1 lb. bags, it really doesn’t get much fresher than that!
