Please read this important update.
First off, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for your business and support. We also can't thank you enough for your patience over the past 5 months. We want to share a quick update with you. Some of you may already be aware that on 12/4/25 Jeff suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. Thankfully, when his heart stopped, he was with our friend who was a trained first responder and she immediately started CPR while her husband called 911. She continued CPR until help arrived to revive him. They literally saved his life! Despite the very slim odds, he survived and made a miraculous physical and mental recovery and then in true "Jeff fashion" (against recommendations) returned to work with plans of "taking it slow". It has become clear to him that he came back a bit too soon and still tried to do too much too fast. He is currently dealing with some less significant medical hiccups, serious emotional issues and understandably plenty of memory-related challenges. These issues are to be expected but are also impacting the level of service he has always worked hard to provide and in turn affecting him personally. As a result of this, Jeff now knows that he needs to regroup and take a step back from some of his responsibilities. Most of his daily duties will be transitioning to our capable and trusted technicians Cody and Leonard. Jeff will still be in the office regularly and will do his best to help where needed while focusing on lighter work and assisting Cody and Leonard with his client's needs.
How does this all affect you?
For the foreseeable future, the point of contact for our customers will be changing. If you have Jeff's personal cell number saved ( a 586 # ) please change the main tech support contact number to our office at 717-334-0181. Also please update our email address to [email protected] - this will be a shared folder which all 4 of us will work together at monitoring. We will continue working hard to provide affordable service to our neighbors. It is important to us to maintain the relationships and commitment that a local small business should have. We look forward to continuing those relationships but if there are any questions or concerns, please reach out. We thank you for your past and hopefully continued support and prayers as we continue to naivigate life's ongoing changes.
Sincerely,
Stephanie and Jeffrey Baum
