Ever since firemen got trapped in the World Trade Center without radio communication, foreword-thinking communities across the United States have required radio transparency in new buildings and re-models involving underground parking or five or more stories above grade. This technology currently involves repeater systems operating on a distributed antenna system placed to provide 2-way communication throughout the structure, with 24 hours of battery back-up.
We established ourselves as an early entrant to this field, commissioning the first approved system in Mercer Island, WA, and continuing with a series of systems in Mercer Island, Seattle, and Bellevue, all completed, tested and accepted on time and on budget.
We provide Police, Fire, and EMS services full radio coverage everywhere inside of each building we engineer, 24/7, 365 days a year. In the case of EMS personnel this allows them to stay in contact with physicians and support personnel to provide a higher level of on-site care.
