Happy National EMS Week.

Before the servers, software, infrastructure, and technology…
some of us learned pressure from the back of an ambulance.

This week is for the EMTs, paramedics, and support staff who run toward chaos while the rest of the world runs away from it.

The sleep-deprived pulse-checkers.
The stair-chair warriors.
The medics surviving on caffeine, adrenaline, dark humor, and pure stubbornness.

EMS is more than a job.
It’s a brotherhood and sisterhood forged in long nights, hard calls, shared trauma, and the unspoken understanding that no matter how bad the call gets…
you never leave your partner hanging.

It’s missed holidays.
Cold gas-station dinners.
3AM tones.
And somehow still finding a reason to laugh in the truck five minutes later.

Most people will never truly understand what EMS carries behind the smile, the radio traffic, and the uniform.

But we do.

And this week, we just want to say:
We see you.
We respect you.
And we appreciate every single one of you holding the line out there.

To the absolute legends of the streets…
Happy EMS Week. May your coffee stay hot, your stretcher wheels stay cooperative, and your dispatch radio accidentally forget your unit number exists for at least 5 minutes.

Today, something bigger than an app launched.

The Glasgow Veterans Memorial App is now officially LIVE on the App Store.

What started as an idea turned into a full-scale project built from the ground up:
• Custom backend servers
• Live searchable memorial database
• Native iOS development
• Veteran-focused design
• Real-time search functionality
• Respectful memorial presentation honoring those who served

This was built to preserve names, stories, sacrifice, and history for generations to come. Every search inside this app represents a life, a family, and a legacy that deserves to be remembered.

Over 1,600 verified memorial records are now accessible directly from your phone.

This wasn’t built by a giant tech corporation.
This was forged right here in Kentucky through long nights, determination, trial and error, and a vision to create something meaningful for our veterans and community.

Huge thank you to everyone who supported the project, tested features, shared ideas, and believed in what this could become.

The mission now is simple:
Honor the fallen.
Preserve the legacy.
Never let the names fade.
