The Gartner Group reports that over 75% of ERP conversion projects fail
67% of implementations take longer than expected
64% of implementations went over budget


What are some of the alternatives?
1. Engage people and companies in the process that know many of the gotchas and pitfalls. We have assisted in numerous implementations. The cost of helpmay seem high, but it’s lower than the price of failure.

2. You already have a working ERP. Modernize the front end. Connect it to e-commerce, Business Intelligence, EDI, PIM and Warehouse systems. Let your hard earned business logic keep working for you.
These issues are not limited to small or mid sized companies

Examples of recent high profile failures:
o Nike: Lost $100 million in sales due to a failed supply chain project, resulting in lawsuits and a 20% stock dip.
o Hershey's: Was unable to deliver on $100 million worth of chocolate due to its ERP implementation failing, causing an 8% drop in stock value.


Staying with the status quo is not much of an option.
