2007 — Launched BG/Drug/MVR screening programs for our clients.
2012 — Rolled out live chat, connecting clients and drivers to a real human in our office.
2012 — Launched digital onboarding and enrollment.
2012 — Became the first TPA to include arbitration in our agreements.
2019 — Founded Adapt, our sister company built to process W-2s.
2023 — Released our mobile app, allowing drivers to upload documents and track settlements from anywhere.
2024 — Developed DocDetection, our in-house AI that reads, verifies, and auto-populates driver documents, speeding up onboarding by over 90%.
2024 — Created industry-specific Hired and Non-Owned insurance coverage.
2025 — Launched In-Service Auto Liability coverage with a dynamic pricing model.
2025 — Introduced MVR Monitoring.
2026 — Made FCRA and FMCSA compliance tools available at no charge to SCI clients.
