Did you know that the Gloucester Farmers Market at Ware supports community partners? Not only are vendor fees used to support our community, but during market days we offer a limited number of free spaces to community organizations. Organizations can provide information, offer an interactive program or even fundraise. Community organizations with us last season included youth groups (Scouts, 4-H, Baystars), service organizations (Lions, Rotary, Exchange) and organizations with a specific social concern (GMHS, Love Like Noah, Clean Gloucester). If your organization would like more information about qualifying for a community partner market space, contact us at [email protected].

Given the current forecast of rain beginning around 8:00 a.m. and continuing throughout the day on Saturday, we have decided to cancel this month's Farmers Market at Historic Ware Church.

We are making this decision 48 hours out so that our vendors can adjust in a way that is best for them. We want to honor our vendors, particularly those who prepare especially for the Market: those who bake and cook and spend time packaging their amazing products.

Thank you, Gloucester, for supporting your hometown Market in our inaugural season. We look forward to seeing you next year!
