We’re pleased to announce a new Synergy LTS release!

Synergy/DE 12.5.1.1007 is the first release in our 12.5 long-term support (LTS) series and Synergex’s third LTS release. It collects the features from the last four 12.4 feature releases into a version with long-term support.

The main features in 12.5 are

🔹 New ISAM revision 6.5
🔹 .NET 10 support
🔹 LTTng tracing on Linux
🔹 Repository definitions in separate files
🔹 Stored procedure return values in SQL Connection
🔹 SQL OpenNet improvements
🔹 Standalone Professional Series Workbench installer

Synergy/DE 12.5 LTS will be supported for four years (until October 6, 2030) or until one year after the next LTS release, whichever is later. Update to 12.5 when it fits your delivery schedule to pick up these features and fixes and get started on the 12.5 support cycle.

Arief joined Synergex in 2013 as a software test engineer and was promoted first to software engineer and then to senior software engineer. Arief has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from California State University, Sacramento. His goal is to improve every customer’s experience when developing in Synergy DBL in Visual Studio. Arief enjoys spending time reading, playing board games, and playing with his cats.
